With our Personal Meet & Greet service, your chauffeur welcomes you directly outside the terminal exit with an iPad or digital tablet displaying your name, assists with your luggage, and accompanies you straight to your vehicle without unnecessary waiting.

If you are coming from internal lines, follow the "Internal Lines Arrival" direction; our meeting point is located on this floor.
At the domestic arrivals level, your chauffeur will personally welcome you at our meeting point opposite the Information Desk, holding a digital iPad or tablet displaying your name.
Depending on traffic and terminal conditions, your chauffeur may direct you to the most convenient exit point. Please keep your phone available to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated pickup.

No. Your flight is tracked in real time; in case of a delay or early landing, our driver will be ready without requesting any additional fee.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, infant and child seats are prepared free of charge upon your request. Please add the age information to your reservation notes.

Which vehicles do you use?

Our 2023+ fleet consists of premium vehicles such as Mercedes Vito (1-7 people), Mercedes E-Class (1-3 people), and Mercedes Sprinter (8-16 people).

How can I make a payment?

We accept payments online by credit card, by bank transfer, or in cash during the transfer. All prices are fixed, with no hidden fees.

Do your drivers speak English?

All our drivers communicate in both Turkish and English. Upon request, we can assign a driver who speaks Arabic or Russian.

Are all fees included in the prices?

Yes. The price shown during the reservation is fixed and covers the services specified in the reservation details. You will not encounter any additional or surprise fees later.

Will I receive an invoice when I make a reservation?

Yes. An invoice is issued for all reservations. Your invoice will be sent to your registered email address after the reservation.

Do I need to tip my driver?

No. The price shown at the time of booking includes all service fees. Tipping is entirely optional.

How is the airport pickup arranged?

Your airport transfer is planned in advance according to your flight information and your flight is monitored. Upon your arrival, your driver will be waiting for you at the designated meeting point with a digital tablet or iPad displaying your name. After the pickup, your driver will accompany you to your vehicle.

What is included in the airport transfer fee?

The price specified at the time of booking includes a private vehicle, professional driver, greeting with a digital tablet or iPad, flight tracking, highway and bridge tolls, and free waiting time at the airport. The vehicle is allocated exclusively for your reservation and is not shared with other passengers.

What is the free waiting time at the airport?

For airport pickups, a free waiting time of up to 90 minutes is provided based on your actual flight arrival time. This duration is planned to allow you to move comfortably through passport control, baggage claim, and terminal procedures.
